Shipping Expectations

Except for Pre-orders, all orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays, if placed before 2PM EST. If orders are placed after 2PM EST, they will be shipped out the following shipping day.

Pre-Orders

Estimated shipping dates are provided for all pre-orders. It is our goal to ship your pre-order before, or on the estimated ship date.

Please be aware the actual ship-out date may be different due to production or shipping delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking # is provided by the corresponding carrier. Once we receive the number, we will then update your order with the tracking information and email it to you.
